Starting 30th June 2019, every Sunday for 5 weeks 6pm till 7.30pm. Book online £75 for the 5 Happiness Yoga Course. These 5 classes are specifically designed to give you more happiness! This program uses Kundalini yoga to change the chemicals in our brain bringing us more happiness, more energy and refreshed for the week ahead. We start with mantras then repetitive movements combined with breath work to build heat and stamina within the body, meditation focuses, trains the mind whilst relaxation restores the body, mind and soul. Everyone is welcome, the young, old, sick, you name it. The motto is just do the best you can even if that means laying on the mat resting and visualizing.
