Service Description

Practising pranayama also known as breath exercises. Breathing exercises will alleviate stress and anxiety, while helping with concentration and sleep. Breathing exercises are good for your lungs, posture, oxygen intake, and blood pressure. The breathing class uses active meditation. This spiritual practice has physical and psychological benefits. There will be a guided meditation and singing bowls for the latter half to help you rest fully, restoring you at a cellular level. Bring a mat, props, blankets, eye pillow etc so you are comfy sitting/laying on the floor.
